Through CalAIM, these services are coordinated directly through your health plan with zero out-of-pocket stress for eligible members.
What Is CalAIM?
CalAIM (California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal) is California’s initiative to connect Medi-Cal members with care that reaches beyond the doctor’s office—into the places where health really begins: home, food, and family.
As a community-based nonprofit, we partner with health plans to deliver two CalAIM services right here in your neighborhood.
